In “Galactic War,” Teeter has extrapolated her photographer’s eye to visualize what may emerge in a worst-case scenario of global warming, chemical usage and humanity’s last struggle for environmental survival. She has written a social commentary correlated with the exhibit’s images and will present that narrative on Dec 28th, at 2pm and again during the closing reception Jan 3rd 4-6pm, the series is accompanied by music from the Browning Version movie soundtrack. “Galactic War,” which premiered at a Kansas City art gallery, later at Art Central in Carthage, and now in Joplin!
